As a charity, we rely on the generosity of our supporters to ensure that we can continue to help those living with mental health problems. There are plenty of ways that you could fundraise for us. You could:

  • Host your own fundraising event, such as a quiz night

  • Support us by taking part in a sponsored event

  • Support us on your special day
