Cycling is easier when two people take the strain. In the same way, having someone to talk to can be transformative in getting through
the pain of mental distress
and social isolation.
Tandem is a small, Oxford-based charity that sets up one-to-one befriending partnerships between volunteers and people living with mental ill-health

The whole session had such a good energy; it was interactive, fun, and I genuinely came away feeling like I’d learnt loads.
