the pain of mental distress

and social isolation.

Tandem is a small, Oxford-based charity that sets up one-to-one befriending partnerships between volunteers and people living with mental ill-health

"I just wanted to say the training on Saturday was absolutely fab! Heli is such a great speaker – really engaging and easy to listen to. The whole session had such a good energy; it was interactive, fun, and I genuinely came away feeling like I’d learnt loads. The volunteers were brilliant too – they were really engaged and brought some impressive experience with them."
